Imaginary Youth is a documentary-style film directed by Ruxandra Gubernat. The film focuses on three young people who are in their final years of high school and facing the Covid-19 crisis. Una, an actress, Habet, a trapper, and Stefania, an environmental activist, are grappling with personal dramas and dilemmas as they try to understand what's happening and growing up. They all plan to leave Romania after finishing high school, but the coronavirus crisis affects their plans and lives. The film reveals how the teenagers cope with the crisis and what they experience at this turning point in their lives. Viewers can see the personal experiences of the teenagers and how Covid-19 affects them. The film was shot in Romania.
