Above the Knee

"Above the Knee" tells the story of Amir, who has a dark secret hidden in his seemingly perfect life. Although his life with his beautiful girlfriend seems flawless, Amir is actually harboring a secret that no one would understand - he has felt that his left leg doesn't belong to him for as long as he can remember. Constantly disturbed by images of a decaying leg, Amir is determined to remove this foreign limb at any cost.

The film intriguingly presents to the audience this complex emotional process of Amir and his strange hostility towards his leg. The film also revolves around his girlfriend, who is trying to help Amir resolve this situation.
