Mathieu, a famous actor, lives in Paris. He feels the need to take a break due to the vital problems he faces and the melancholic mood that arises. He goes to a thermal spa in Western France to recuperate and perhaps give a new direction to his life. Alice, on the other hand, is a piano teacher in her 40s living there. Alice and Mathieu had fallen in love 15 years ago but had separated. This encounter revives their old love and memories. Both start to revisit and reassess their feelings for each other. The audience of the film can feel the emotional fluctuations, regrets, and hopes they experience in the process of coming back together. The location of the shooting is a small seaside town in Western France.
