It Couldn't Be Better

This found footage horror film, combining approximately 20 years of archive videos, blends reality and fiction. As a result of their long-term interest in the horror genre, a married couple buys an abandoned apartment to shoot low-budget horror films. However, they notice that random strangers are drawn to the old building, but never approach, just stand outside and stare at it in some kind of trance. Pleased to find themselves in a real horror story, the couple uses their horror expertise, amateur ghost hunting, and paranormal obsessions, along with an old friend, in hopes of discovering why this building has such a strange power over people.
