Life's Journey

"Life's Journey" is a unique family film based on 16mm film shot by an ordinary elderly couple who traveled the world in 1950-51 and recorded the places they saw and the people they met. In 1988, Tammer was given this unwanted film and he surprisingly converted it to high definition. This film is a heart-filled and delightful film that honors the existence of the people we see on screen. Even though no one (including Tammer) knows who they are anymore, we watch this film with admiration and curiosity. The film depicts the different cultures and lives the couple encounters during their world tour. As the audience watches the couple's experiences, they are also given a window into the world of the 1950s.
