Love Cake Castella

School cleaner Nozomi Haruta's life is turned upside down when her lover and soulmate, handsome teacher Chitose Yokomizo, secretly marries someone else. After this great disappointment in her love life, Nozomi, in desperation, substitutes herself for the bride in Chitose's wedding photo, steals her camera and runs away. However, while running away, Castella crosses path of a courier carrying cakes! When she comes to, she sees that Chitose is on top of her, but it is not her, it is a being who calls himself Castella (cake). For two weeks (the expiration date of the cakes), he becomes Nozomi's cake-based friend and helps her get out of her despair.

The film addresses the theme of love, disappointment and self-healing for the audience. Nozomi's crazy moves and Castella's sweet and understanding attitude will both make viewers laugh and move.
