"Memories of a Snail" tells the story of Grace Pudel, who is orphaned and separated from her twin brother. Grace is busy collecting ornamental snails and reading books. However, her life turns upside down when she is forced to separate from her brother, Gilbert. This deeply affects her life and causes her to struggle with feelings of loneliness and alienation. However, she befriends Pinky, a vibrant and brave woman. This friendship rekindles Grace's hope and gives her the strength to continue the fight for survival. The film, directed by Australian animation master Adam Elliot, conveys Grace's courage, determination and joy of life to the audience.
