A stylized film of Pink Floyd performing at a closed-door concert in the ancient Roman Amphitheatre in 1971.

A stylized film of the 1971 closed-door concert by British progressive rock band Pink Floyd, shot at the ancient Roman Amphitheatre in Pompeii, Italy. The film exists in four different versions: the original 1972 version (60 min.) which features only the concert, the longer 1974 theatrical version (85 min.) which combines the concert with footage and interviews of Pink Floyd in the studio working on their next album, Dark Side of the Moon, the 2003 Director's Cut which adds CGI effects to the 1974 version, and finally the 2016 Blu-ray version which rearranges the song order from the 2003 version. In 2025, a re-release of the film was released in theaters, featuring additional behind-the-scenes footage of the band working on The Dark Side Of The Moon at Abbey Road Studios. British guitarist and producer Steven Wilson remixed the original audio, and the film footage was re-scanned in 4K from a 35mm negative. This impressive film showcases Pink Floyd’s unique musical talent and innovative artistic vision.
