Adapting British playwright Sarah Kane's "4.48 Psychosis", Luisa dives into a complex creative process and intertwines with her own reality.


"Thin Shell" tells the story of Luisa (Ingrid Trigueiro) who is dragged into a reality intertwined with the work "4.48 Psychosis" she is trying to adapt. Luisa dives further into this text as she travels to a desert beach with her family. The effects of the play further intertwine with Luisa's own reality and drag her to the brink between adaptation and madness. Arthur Lins creates a small tropical story about a complex creative process using different staging references that switch between theater, sketches, archive footage and complex memories and family relationships. The film is designed to capture the audience's attention and causes the audience to go on an emotional journey throughout Luisa's journey. The film captures the viewer's attention with its striking staging and character development, while also conveying the viewer's experiences and influences. The film was shot on a quiet desert beach.
