"Wolf Children: Ame and Yuki" is about the efforts of a young woman, Hana, to raise her two children born to a werewolf father. Hana falls in love with Ookami, a werewolf, and has two children from him: Yuki and Ame. Yuki is a cheerful and curious girl, while Ame is shy and introverted. However, after Ookami's unexpected death, Hana moves to a mountain house far from the city in order to provide a more normal life for her children. Throughout their new life, Yuki and Ame are forced to decide on their own identities: Will they be human or wolf?
