Adult Trainee
"Adult Trainee" tells three different stories of a group of 18-year-olds' experiences in the final stages of their high school lives. Each story shows how the characters deal with their own realities and how they find themselves as they come to the end of their youth. The first story tells the story of a young man's secret habit and how he manages his feelings for a girlfriend. The second story tells the story of a girl's efforts to get revenge on her ex-boyfriend and what happens as a result. The third story tells the story of a cheerful girl struggling with loneliness that she can't get out of when she receives a mysterious love letter. The film realistically reflects the emotional turmoil, sexual awakening and struggle against social pressures of young people.
Viewers found the film quite impressive and touching due to the similar experiences and emotional fluctuations they experience during their youth. The film plays an important role in raising awareness about understanding the feelings and experiences of young people.
The film was shot on various high school and university campuses in South Korea.
