"Let's Get Started!" tells the story of a young and energetic group of high school students learning about leadership and team spirit. Torrance Shipman is one of the most popular girls at school and also the captain of the school's leadership team. While Torrance tries to prepare her team for the national championship, she faces the talents and different perspectives of a new student, Missy.
As the team learns to accept Missy's talents and different perspectives, Torrance has to develop her own leadership skills. At the end of the movie, despite all the difficulties, the team learns to work together and wins the national championships.
