The American television series Criminal Minds presents viewers the process of the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) analyzing the most complex criminal minds and predicting their next moves. David Rossi, the BAU's most experienced agent, returns to the team to solve new cases. The series focuses more on the crimes themselves, while examining the psychology and behavior of criminals. Each agent has their own personality, story and area of expertise, and they are dependent on each other. The series is based on the logic of thinking like a criminal in order to catch him.
