"Million Dollar Zombie Houses" is a series about James Dainard and his team who find, fix and then put up for sale abandoned dilapidated houses in the Seattle area. These dilapidated houses, called zombie houses, are usually abandoned, neglected and unused houses. James and his team see the potential of these houses and make them livable, modern and attractive. In each episode, the team finds a new zombie house, fixes it and puts it up for sale. The series allows viewers to watch both the house transformations and the way James and his team manage this process.
The series conveys the house transformation processes, difficulties and results in detail to attract the attention of the viewers. In addition, the personal stories and experiences of James and his team add color to the series.
