The Mermaid

A Percocet-addicted man living in Florida finds an injured mermaid during the most difficult period of his life. This extraordinary being deeply attracts the man's attention and his relationship with her drags him into an even worse situation. While the mermaid completely changes the man's life, it also adds a new dimension to his addiction.

The man is willing to do anything to protect the mermaid. However, keeping this secret becomes harder day by day. When rumors start to circulate, the man becomes even more determined to protect the mermaid. During this process, the relationship between the mermaid and the man turns into a love and addiction story that the audience can't take their eyes off.

The film offers both an emotional story to the audience and reveals the destructive effects of addiction on human life. Also, it touches on mythology with a modern interpretation of the mermaid figure.
