You Were Created as a Weapon and Told to Find Peace
In a utopian society, Aryan-looking children are subjected to strict rules and heavy brainwashing. These children, cleansed from their past identities, are trained to speak only in Esperanto to be adopted by new families. Joshua, an eleven-year-old, stands out as a child who challenges these strict norms. His friendship with the newcomer Ĉiela fuels the jealousy of group leader Pipro. When it's time for Joshua to be adopted, he refuses to leave Ĉiela. This situation provokes Pipro's anger and manipulates the group against them. Joshua and Ĉiela are forced to make a critical decision between bowing to the oppressive society or resisting for their freedom.
The film draws the audience into Joshua and Ĉiela's brave resistance and their struggle for freedom based on the experiences of the viewers. The film highlights the pressure of a social system on children and their resistance to this pressure.
